The entire hospitality team at Hampton Inn Coconut Grove is excited about the Coconut Grove Peacock Tour of 2010.  Peacocks are an integral part of Coconut Grove, loved by some and distained by others; we find them an attraction.  Coconut Grove Hampton Inn prides itself on participating in community events and supporting local merchants.  All of us in the Grove community, both commercial and residential, have always supported each other and the Peacock Tour is an exciting way to continue the symbiotic tradition.

“Our primary objective at Hampton Inn Coconut Grove is to assure our guests a warm welcoming and comfortable stay.  Our recently renovating guest bathrooms feature water saving dual flush toilets, fog free mirrors and frameless glass shower enclosures.  Each of our guest rooms have 32” LCD TVs with high definition sports, news and movies and sleek new contemporary décor and the incredible comfort of the cloud nine bed experience.  The welcome at Hampton Inn Coconut Grove is as warm as the Florida sun – that is because we love having our guests stay with us.”  said Chris Riofrio, General Manager.

Included at no additional cost to the guest is free wired and wireless high speed internet access, two telephones with a voice mail and one with speaker feature.  As always, there is a hot breakfast buffet and the recently introduced self-made waffles.  All local calls and long distance access is complimentary as is parking, USA Today and fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day.  The hotel boasts an outdoor pool and heated whirlpool, 24-hour business center, exercise room and guest laundry.  Microwaves and refrigerators are available in the king rooms.  There is not much more a visitor would want and all included in one attractive price.

Hospitality Operations, Inc. is the general partner of the Hampton Inn Coconut Grove ownership.  It is also general partner of four other mid-priced lodging facilities in South Florida.  These include the Pembroke Pines Hampton Inn (107 rooms), opened in 1999, the Miami Airport Hampton Inn & Suites (149 rooms) opened in 2000, Wingate by Wyndham (100 rooms) located in Miramar on I-75 and the Downtown Ft. Lauderdale Hampton Inn (156 rooms) opened in 2002; it was the first hotel to be built in the City’s downtown area in over 60 years.

Currently in the development stage is Hospitality Operation’s newest entry into the hospitality market.  That being a 221-room Hampton Inn & Suites to be located in the Miami Financial District just two blocks south of Mary Brickell Village.  Brickell is a dynamic growing area and there is a crying need for a mid priced hotel.  It is anticipated that construction will start early this year and be open for business by the end of 2011.
